Program Director

Arlene Willis holds

a Master's degree in Education; Adult Learning & Development from Cleveland State University. She has over 25 years of educational experience that includes but not limited to successful start-up programs from start to finish, teaching and training. Arlene is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of program development, curriculum delivery and grant writing. Arlene has an innate ability to empower students to explore their educational, personal and professional opportunities to achieve academic success.  

 

Arlene has a special passion for community outreach volunteering within the community moving “at-promise” individuals from dependency to self-sufficiency. She is a steadfast leader with a comprehensive background in teaching, training computers and administration.  Arlene is also a certified grant writer where she spends some of her spare time writing grants for not-for-profit organizations.

 

Arlene enjoys running marathons, riding century rides, traveling, reading and love helping others.

Services program; including but not limited to: basic skills remediation; opportunities to explore careers
and understand labor market information; increase communication skills, interviewing skills, writing
skills, and appropriate work attire skills; job placement and much more.
